At Primeline Transfer, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns in accordance with German and EU consumer protection law.
No Statutory Withdrawal Right for Date‑Specific Tours
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services that are scheduled for a specific date or period.
This means:
- Bookings for tours, excursions, or activities with a fixed date cannot be withdrawn under the 14‑day withdrawal rule.
- Cancellations are only possible under our goodwill cancellation terms listed below.
Cancellation Policy for Tours (Goodwill)
Even though the legal withdrawal right does not apply, we offer the following cancellation options as a service to our customers:
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before the tour date
- 80% refund for cancellations made 1–2 days before the tour date
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date or in case of no‑show

Refund timeline
We will refund all approuved payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your cancellation or returned goods, we will:
- Confirm receipt
- Review your request
- Process your refund within 14 days
